What data this site asks for — which is little — what it is used for, and who gets to see it.

The short version

This site collects one thing: what you write in the contact form. There are no accounts, no cart, no analytics, no advertising, and no profile of anyone is built. What you write is used to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What is collected

From the form: your name, your email, the group company you are asking about, your message and the language you write in.

From the submission: your IP address, which the server uses for a few minutes to throttle automated submissions and which remains in the service's technical log. It is not matched against the message or used to identify you.

No sensitive data is requested and none is needed. If you write it into the message, it will travel with the message.

Where it goes

Your message becomes an email and lands in the mailbox of the group company you asked about. It is delivered by Resend, the email service this site uses, and the site is hosted on Netlify. Both see the message while carrying it, as any mail service does, and neither uses it for anything else.

Beyond that, it is not shared with anyone, not sold and not transferred, unless a competent authority requires it.

How long it is kept

This site has no database: it does not store your message anywhere. What remains is the email in the mailbox that received it, and that lives as long as the company's inbox does. If you want it deleted, ask and it will be deleted.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of what you sent, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Write to sales@agenciajehandal.hn from the same address you used, or say which one it was, so it can be found.

Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for minors. Their data is neither requested nor sought.

If this changes

The day this site collects anything more — a visit counter, a newsletter, whatever it may be — this page will say so before it happens, and the date below will change.
